Is divorce on paper to obtain French nationality, with the intention of returning to the first wife later, considered a real divorce?

If a man does not utter the words of divorce explicitly and does not intend it, then writing it without intention does not result in divorce.

It must be known that divorce and marriage should not be subject to jest or deception, nor used as a trick to obtain residency, for Allah Almighty says: "And do not take the verses of Allah in jest." [Al-Baqarah: 231].

Furthermore, the general rule is that it is prohibited for a Muslim to reside in lands of disbelievers, due to the danger it poses to one's religion and morals.
