Is it permissible to perform ablution while there is paint on the hands due to the nature of one's work, which causes a long time to be wasted in cleaning it for every prayer?

The arrival of water to the skin of the washed limb in ablution is a condition for its validity. Every barrier that prevents water from reaching it must be removed, even if it takes time, for the conditions of prayer do not fall away from the one who is able. The time spent correcting an act of worship is not wasted; rather, it is an act of worship itself, and humankind was created for worship. Wasted time is that which is spent in disobedience to Allah.
