What is the ruling on listening to narrative or historical radio series?

It is permissible to listen to radio dramas provided that they are free from obscenity, lewd language, music, the alluring voices of women for men, and the alluring voices of men for women. It is also a condition that the listener does not waste his time at the expense of his duties towards his Lord, his religion, himself, and his family.
