Is it permissible for a divorced woman to secretly remarry by reciting the Fatiha, with the aim of not losing the grant provided to her by the state?

If a man divorces his wife with a revocable divorce, and she is still within her waiting period (iddah), he may take her back without the need for a new contract. However, if her waiting period ends without him taking her back, he may not take her back except with a new contract, with the consent of her guardian and the presence of witnesses. It is not permissible for a woman to conceal her return to her husband in order to obtain the grant designated for divorced women, because Muslims are bound by their conditions, and they must avoid fraud. Allah is the Provider, and whoever fears Him, He will provide for him from sources he could not imagine.
