You must adopt the appropriate method to ensure the cleanliness of your clothes and body from impurity in the toilet. If the toilet is wet, whatever part of the body or clothing touches it must be washed, as it is likely to be impure. However, if it is dry, washing is not obligatory, because impurity does not transfer in a dry state. If you wash the place where you will sit before sitting, it becomes pure.

It is permissible to urinate standing if it is more effective in ensuring safety from impurity. If you are certain that urine splattered and touched you or your clothes, wash whatever it touched. If you have doubts, sprinkle water on the area.

Preoccupying oneself with this matter throughout the day is a form of waswasah (obsessive whispering), the cure for which is to disregard and abandon it.
