What is the ruling of the Shari'ah regarding the elder sister preventing her sister from going to Tarawih prayers on weekdays, under the pretext of needing help with work, and should she help her sister or go to prayer?

Scholars differed regarding what is better concerning Tarawih prayer: whether it is in congregation or individually. The Malikis held that praying individually is better, provided it does not lead to the abandonment of mosques. The majority of scholars, however, maintained that performing it in congregation is better than performing it individually. Therefore, it is not permissible to prevent the sister from going to Tarawih prayer, because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade preventing women from praying in mosques.
