What is the ruling on helping an engaged man who suffers from strong lust by alleviating it over the phone without actual physical contact, knowing that the family currently refuses the marriage contract?

The suitor is a stranger to the woman he is betrothed to, so he should not speak to her except out of necessity. It is forbidden for him to engage in prolonged conversation with her or anyone else for the purpose of gratifying desires. Both of them must adhere to the limits set by Allah Almighty until their marriage is facilitated. They should close the doors to temptation and distance themselves from everything that incites lust, while strengthening their connection with Allah and occupying their time with beneficial deeds.
