What is the ruling on the prayer of one who suffers from involuntary urine drops after urination, and must he change his clothes that have been defiled every time, knowing that this occurs after every urination?

If your feeling about drops of urine coming out is merely a doubt, then do not pay attention to it, and build upon the original principle, which is that nothing has come out. However, if you are certain of their exit, then it is obligatory to wash only the place of the urine on the clothes. The Malikis, however, view these drops as pardoned if they come out once or more per day, and performing ablution is sufficient. You may act upon the Maliki school of thought to repel hardship when it is difficult to purify the clothes, but it is more cautious to purify the clothes if you are certain they have been soiled with impurity, while being careful not to succumb to obsessive whispers.
