First aid is immediate care provided to a person injured in an accident or suffering from a sudden illness. It is permissible because it is a form of medical treatment that can save the life of the injured person or prevent additional health problems. Islamic guidelines must be observed, such as a woman providing first aid to a woman and a man to a man, and the extent of any prohibited actions should be proportionate to the necessity. It must be administered by someone with good knowledge in this field and should continue until specialized medical assistance is available, while ensuring to reassure the injured person, alleviate their pain, and transport them to the hospital when necessary.
