Is it permissible for a woman to remove her head covering when driving a car if it obstructs her vision and concentration?

We cannot imagine how the hijab could be a cause for reducing the ability to see and concentrate, unless the woman covers her eyes. If she uncovers her eyes, she can drive clearly. This is the case for many veiled women who drive cars.
