Does the feeling of heat in the body and the obsession with death during sleep indicate a need for Ruqyah Shar'iyyah or the Holy Quran?

It is permissible to treat physical and other ailments with the Qur'an, remembrances (adhkar), authentic supplications for protection (ta'awwudhat), and legitimate ruqya. It is also advisable to present the case to doctors and to religious scholars specialized in legitimate ruqya. To treat the obsession with death, one must divert their mind from it and occupy themselves with remembrance (dhikr) and recitation (tilawah), with the conviction that the time of death is fixed and neither advances nor delays, as confirmed by Allah's saying: "So when their appointed time comes, they cannot remain behind an hour, nor can they precede [it]," and His saying: "And never will Allah delay a soul when its appointed time has come," and the hadith of Ibn Hibban: "No soul will die until it has fully received its sustenance and its appointed time."
