If a woman sees purity by means of white discharge, her ghusl (ritual bath) is valid. Any blood that reappears after that is considered menstruation if it occurs within the possible time frame for menstruation. As for yellow or brownish discharge after achieving purity, it is not considered menstruation as long as it is not connected to blood and does not occur during her usual period. If the woman did not perform ghusl after the blood reappeared, she must perform ghusl immediately, and it is recommended for her to make up the prayers she performed before the ghusl.
