What must be made up and atoned for in the case of a woman in the state of ihram for her first Umrah, then she menstruates and has intercourse? Has the second Umrah become invalid due to the suspension of the ihram of the first? And does Hajj become invalid due to the invalidation of Umrat al-Tamattu'?

What occurred with you is intercourse during the state of ihram, while ignorant of its prohibition. This does not invalidate your ihram, nor does it necessitate an expiation (fidyah), according to the more preponderant opinion; based on the jurists' saying: "And there is no invalidation by intercourse committed by one who forgets or is ignorant of the prohibition." This is also the view preferred by the esteemed scholar Ibn 'Uthaymeen. Based on this, your second ihram is null and void, and your first 'Umrah is valid, with nothing incumbent upon you.
