Is it permissible to buy meat from a Jewish butcher in a European country due to the deception of Muslim butchers?

The slaughter (dhakāt) of the People of the Book is valid if they adhere to the regulations of Sharia, based on the Almighty's saying: "The food of those who were given the Scripture is lawful for you." If it is highly probable that the meat found with a Jew is ritually slaughtered (madhkā), then there is no harm in buying from him, while being cautious of their deception and betrayal.
