Does dhikr solely by the tongue, without using the hand or rosary, equate in reward to dhikr by hand or rosary, or does it diminish the reward?

The reward for dhikr and tasbih is not diminished by not counting it with fingers or prayer beads. Allah Almighty knows all of it and has enumerated it, and He does not waste the reward of those who do good deeds.
