Does the sa'ee deserve a share of the sa'ee (reward/profit) in the two aforementioned cases?

The owner of the office where the meeting took place is not considered a partner in the brokerage fee merely because the transaction occurred in his office, unless it harms his work. Likewise, the intermediary is not a partner in the brokerage fee if the sale was conducted directly through the office, but the office should inform the intermediary of this to prevent misunderstanding.
