When does the legally prescribed time for prayer begin in the event of vaginal discharge, and is it before or after the call to prayer (adhan)?

If the discharge is continuous, it is given the ruling of perpetual impurity, and the person experiencing it must perform ablution (wudu) for the time of each prayer. Then, she may pray as many supererogatory prayers as she wishes and touch the Mushaf (copy of the Quran) with that ablution until the time of the next prayer enters, keeping in mind that reciting the Quran without touching the Mushaf does not require ritual purity.

The beginning of the time means the time of the call to prayer (adhan). For example, if the time for Asr prayer is at three o'clock, the person experiencing discharge performs ablution and prays Dhuhr. She may then touch the Mushaf, perform circumambulation (tawaf), and pray supererogatory prayers with that ablution until the time of the Asr adhan, provided that her ablution is not invalidated by anything other than the discharge.
