What is the posture in which the camel is mimicked and opposed during prayer, and is it by putting the hands down first that it is opposed, or by putting the knees down first?

"The 'camel's مخالفة' (violation) in prayer refers to prostrating by putting the knees down first, and rising by lifting the hands first. There is latitude in this matter, as the prayer is valid in either posture. The disagreement among the imams is regarding which is better. Ibn Taymiyyah was asked about this and replied that prayer is permissible in both cases by the agreement of scholars, but they differed on the preferred method. Some prefer placing the knees down first, then the hands, while others prefer placing the hands down first, then the knees. Both methods have been reported in the Sunnah."
