What is the ruling on repeating Western slogans under the pretext of freedom and democracy?

It is not permissible for a Muslim to repeat or raise the specific slogans of the disbelievers, as this involves imitating them, which could lead to disbelief. This is forbidden if it occurs in Islamic lands and without necessity, and if it pertains to the disbelievers as their slogan and an inclination towards them, due to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Whoever imitates a people is one of them." However, repeating slogans such as freedom and democracy does not fall under this category, because they are not exclusive to disbelievers, and both are legitimate demands as long as they do not violate Islamic legal controls.
