Is it permissible to agree for the wife to receive a lump sum profit of thirty thousand dinars from a project of building apartments for sale, after her contribution of one hundred and thirty thousand dinars?

It is not permissible in investment contracts to guarantee the principal or stipulate a known profit amount, because that leads to usury and transforms the contract from a permissible Mudarabah (profit-sharing) into an interest-based loan.
