What is the takhreej of the Hadith: "Whoever prays four rak'ahs after 'Isha, they will be like their equivalent in Laylat al-Qadr"?

The hadith about the virtue of four rak'ahs after 'Isha' prayer has been narrated as being elevated to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, through several chains, but none of them are authentic. It has also been narrated as a statement of some Companions, such as 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr, 'A'isha, and 'Abdullah ibn Mas'ud, may Allah be pleased with them. Sheikh Al-Albani authenticated these narrations and mentioned that they carry the ruling of being elevated (to the Prophet) because such statements cannot be made based on personal opinion.
