Is the fast of one who drank water at the Fajr اذان, where the sip of water had reached the back of his mouth and gone down to his stomach while the muezzin was saying "Allah Akbar," valid, and should he make up three days of fasting or just one day?

A fasting person must stop eating and drinking as soon as they hear the Adhan of the True Dawn. If there is anything in their mouth, they should spit it out. If they swallow it, their fast is invalidated, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Indeed, Bilal calls the Adhan at night, so eat and drink until Ibn Umm Maktum calls the Adhan." However, if water reaches the stomach in such a way that it cannot be expelled, the fast is not invalidated, and the fasting remains valid. But if it was possible to expel the water after the Adhan and one did not do so, the fast is invalidated, and one must resume the expiatory fasting if its continuity is obligatory; otherwise, one must fast for one day to complete it.
