How can it be known whether the parliamentarian has permitted legislation that violates the law of Allah, and is a Muslim considered an unbeliever if they love a parliamentarian whose permissibility of this matter has not been clarified to them?

A sorcerer is not judged to be an apostate unless it is proven that his sorcery involves acts that take him out of Islam, and provided that there are no impediments to declaring him an apostate, such as ignorance. Repentance is accepted if its conditions are met and it occurs before the final death throes (ghargarah), for Allah accepts repentance from His servants and forgives all sins. Sincere repentance is recognized by remorse for the sin and turning away from it.
