What is the explanation of the noble Hadith: “You will raid the Arabian Peninsula, and Allah will conquer it; then you will raid Persia, and Allah will conquer it; then you will raid Rome, and Allah will conquer it; then you will raid the Dajjal, and Allah will conquer him”? And how are the lands of Persia conquered, what are their borders, and what is the meaning of conquest? Do the wars before the appearance of the Mahdi relate to his conquests? And what are the duties of a Muslim towards all of that?

The interpretation of the Hadith narrated by Nafi' ibn Utbah, which speaks of the sequence of Muslim conquests (Arabian Peninsula, Persia, Rome, then the Dajjal), is not without objection. It is more likely interpreted by what actually happened during the era of the Companions after the death of the Prophet, peace be upon him.

The Arabian Peninsula was conquered during the lifetime of the Prophet, peace be upon him, and became stable after the apostasy wars. Persia was also fully conquered. As for Rome, a part of it was conquered, and the greater conquest will occur with the فتح [conquest] of Rome itself. The Dajjal will appear at the end of time.

It is not permissible to interpret sacred texts concerning tribulations (fitan) and the signs of the Hour by applying them to current events and specific individuals without clear evidence. It is advisable to refer to the book "Al-Mahdi and the Fiqh of the Signs of the Hour" by Sheikh Muhammad ibn Isma'il al-Muqaddim for guidelines on dealing with tribulations and the signs of the Hour.
