Is a father obligated to treat all his children equally in giving, and if so, is purchasing through an Islamic bank not considered usury or suspicious?

Fathers must treat their children equally in apparent matters, and scholars have even recommended equality among children in kissing. Scholars have permitted differentiation among children if there is a reason for it. A father is not required to equalize your siblings with you in a loan if they do not have the same need as you. Purchasing through an Islamic bank is not considered usury if it adheres to the controls of Islamic Sharia.
