Is it haram to market artificial turf where the marketer sets his commission, and the company owner changes the marketer's commission to be like that of other marketers?

If the owner of a commodity sets a price for it and tells the marketer: "Whatever exceeds this price is yours," then this is permissible according to some scholars, as it was narrated that Ibn Abbas saw no harm in it. If the company owner has set a selling price and commission for you, similar to other marketers, then adhere to that.
