Is it obligatory to repeat the prayer if one forgot to wash the feet during ablution and then remembered after the prayer?

If the foot was not washed during ghusl, and you are not certain that water reached it, then the ghusl is incomplete. It is more cautious to repeat the entire ghusl. As for the prayers you performed with that ghusl, you must repeat them after performing ghusl.
