Is the exception of Surah Al-Fatihah in the Hadith of Ubada ibn As-Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) regarding recitation behind the Imam in a loud prayer by Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal, Yahya ibn Ma'in, and Al-Albani due to their weakness?

Scholars have differed regarding the authentication and weakening of 'Ubadah's hadith, which states: "Do not perform [it] except with theat Fatihat al-Kitab; for there is no prayer for one who does not recite it." Among those who weakened it are Imam Ahmad, Ibn 'Abd al-Barr, and Shaykh al-Albani, who views it as weak with this wording due to three defects. However, he authenticated it in its abbreviated form with the wording: "There is no prayer for one who does not recite Fatihat al-Kitab."
