What is the ruling on selling gold after it has been fashioned, then receiving the price after its sale, while calculating a fee for what was sold from it?

There is no objection to this transaction, which is an agency for a fee of 10 riyals for selling each gram. Immediate possession (receipt and delivery) is a condition upon selling gold. The agent is trustworthy concerning the gold and is not liable for it except in cases of transgression or negligence. He sells what he can and then returns the remainder.
