Is expiation required of one who accidentally saw a man's nakedness on the Day of Arafah?

If the looking at something forbidden occurred unintentionally, and the questioner averted her gaze immediately, then there is no sin upon her, because a sudden glance is excused. However, if she intentionally looked, or prolonged her gaze after a sudden glance, then that is sinful and forbidden, and the prohibition becomes more severe during the state of ihram. If the forbidden looking did not result in the emission of semen or madhy (prostatic fluid), then there is no expiation for it other than repentance.
