Is "I bear witness that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is His Messenger" the good deed intended in the verse: "Whoever comes with a good deed will have ten times its like"?

Allah Almighty states in verse 160 of Surah Al-An'am that whoever comes with a good deed on the Day of Judgment will receive ten times its like. "Good deed" here is general, encompassing belief in Allah, affirmation of His Messenger, and acts of righteousness and benevolence. Ibn Al-Jawzi mentioned that the reward for a good deed is known to Allah in its measure, and He gives its doer ten times its like. Al-Tabari clarified that "there is no god but Allah" has an equivalent, but nothing is like it; Allah rewards its pronouncer with ten times what he deserves. As for whoever comes with an evil deed, he will not be recompensed except with its like, without multiplication.
