How is the inheritance divided among a wife, four daughters, and four sons of a full brother?

If the deceased left behind only his wife, daughters, and nephews (sons of his full brother), then the wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant (heir), the daughters receive two-thirds, and the remainder goes to the sons of the full brother by ta’sib (agnatic inheritance).

The inheritance is divided into 96 shares: the wife receives 12 shares, the daughters receive 64 shares (16 shares for each daughter), and each son of the full brother receives 5 shares.

Issues of inheritance must be referred to the Sharia courts to verify all heirs, bequests, debts, and rights before distribution.
