Is it obligatory to pay the salary of a maid who ran away after two months, knowing that the cost of her recruitment was ten thousand dirhams?

If a hired worker flees without a valid excuse before the agreed-upon contract period ends, some scholars are of the opinion that she is not entitled to any wages, due to her breaching the agreement. However, the majority view is that she is entitled to compensation for the work she has performed. According to this latter opinion, she would be entitled to the wages for the two months she worked.
