What is the ruling on the white fluid that exits the vulva, and does it necessitate Ghusl?
The white fluid is not considered maniyy (sperm/sexual fluid) that necessitates ghusl (ritual bath) unless it exits with desire, followed by a weakening (of erection/desire), and has the characteristic smell of a man's maniyy. If you are in doubt about it, the fatwa we adopt is that you may choose to consider it either maniyy or madhiy (pre-seminal fluid). Ghusl is not obligatory if you consider it madhiy; rather, wudu' (ablution) is required, and whatever it has touched must be purified.
