Is my adoption of the following positions correct: that the ignorant person is considered like the forgetful; that saying "Allahu Akbar" (takbir) other than the opening takbir (takbirat al-ihram) is sunnah; that a slight barrier does not invalidate; that a small amount of impurity is excused; that dry impurity does not transfer by a wet hand; and that the worshipper following the imam (ma'mum) must recite Surat al-Fatiha in the first two rak'ahs of a loud prayer?

"For the layman, if scholars differ, he should follow the one he considers most reliable. If they are all equally reliable, he may follow whomever he wishes, without seeking out dispensations. As for the one who suffers from obsessive doubts (waswās), he may avail himself of the easiest opinions. If you have a valid excuse for following the easier opinions, then there is no blame upon you. Otherwise, the obligation is to follow the opinion of the scholar you consider most reliable, without seeking out dispensations."
