The sufficient amount for wiping the head is wiping the entire head. Therefore, one must wipe the hair of the head from its front to its end. Then, one should insert the hands under the hanging hair to make sure it is completely wiped. This insertion is obligatory to achieve complete coverage, and it is done by passing the hands to the nape of the neck and then returning them from under the hair to the front of the head.
