What is the ruling on the prayer of one who carried an epileptic patient who fell in front of him during the second rak'ah, and how does he resume his prayer?

The prayer of a worshipper is invalidated if they perform many actions that are not part of the prayer, whereas if the action is few, it does not invalidate it. Scholars have differed in defining what constitutes few or many. Some say that the reference for this is custom and common practice, and whatever people consider few does not harm, such as gesturing to return a greeting or removing one's shoes. If the prayer is invalidated, it must be restarted anew.
