Which is to be prayed first when delaying the جمع تأخير of the Maghrib prayer with the Isha prayer: the Isha prayer or the Maghrib prayer?

If combining prayers by advancing or delaying them is permissible, then the prayers must be performed in order: Dhuhr then Asr, and Maghrib then Isha. This is because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, prayed the prayers in order, and he said: "Pray as you have seen me pray."
