Is sujood as-sahw (prostration of forgetfulness) obligatory if there is a slight delay in the takbir (proclaiming "Allahu Akbar") when moving between postures in prayer, such as delaying the takbir when standing up from the first tashahhud or when bowing for rukoo‘?

The transitional takbir should be uttered during the transition, before reaching the next rukn (pillar). It is sufficient if it occurs at any point during the transition, even if it is delayed from the very beginning of the movement or finishes before its very end. In such a case, the prostration of forgetfulness (sujud al-sahw) is not required. Sleeping before the prayer time enters carries no sin, even if one misses the prayer, and it should be performed upon waking. However, sleeping after the prayer time has entered is impermissible if one predominantly believes they will not wake up. If one predominantly believes they will wake up and has taken the necessary precautions, then there is no blame upon them.
