Does my wife's cousin become her brother through رضاعة (nursing) if my wife's mother breastfeeds her daughter (my wife's sister) along with him?

If the mother of the wife breastfeeds the child five known sucklings within two years, then the child becomes her son through suckling. All her children, including the wife, then become siblings to him through suckling.
