Is it permissible for my husband to communicate with a non-Muslim foreign woman, with whom he had an illegitimate child before his repentance and our marriage, under the pretext of seeing his three-year-old daughter? And can this girl be a sister to my children?

If a man commits adultery with a married woman, the child belongs to the woman's husband because he is the master of the marriage bed, based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "The child is for the bed, and for the adulterer is the stone." If the woman is not married, the child is attributed to her mother and not to the adulterer, according to the majority of jurists, and this is the prevailing opinion. Some scholars are of the view that the daughter can be attributed to the adulterer if he claims her, as long as the woman is unmarried. In this case, she would be his daughter and would inherit from him, and he would inherit from her.
