Is it permissible for a woman to study medicine in hospitals where there is mixing, in order to become skilled, knowing that she will work as a doctor in her private clinic for women only?

There is a pressing need for skilled female doctors, especially in specialties related to women. Given the widespread mixing (of genders) in hospitals, which is considered impermissible (haram), it is permissible for women to study necessary medical specialties in mixed environments if no other option is available. This is conditional upon her adherence to hijab, lowering her gaze, avoiding private seclusion (khalwa) and casual conversations, and not being overly familiar in speech with men. It is advised for those who have not yet begun their studies to choose specialties that are further removed from Sharia prohibitions. As for those who have already started, there is no harm in them completing their studies.
