Will she be questioned before Allah Almighty regarding her covering up for absent employees and the driver's control over working hours without the knowledge of the main managers, and regarding the official's alteration of invoices and theft of money, knowing that everyone reports violations? And is she obliged to resign from this job?

Allah Almighty commanded the fulfillment of trusts, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, clarified that "Religion is sincerity (naseeha)." Among the obligatory forms of sincerity is advising the negligent person who squanders the trust of their work, as well as the responsible person fulfilling the requirements of their responsibility.

Therefore, it is necessary, first, to advise the negligent and warn them. If they do not heed the advice, then the questioner should refer their matter to the main managers, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Whoever among you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand; if he is not able, then with his tongue; if he is not able, then with his heart—and that is the weakest of faith." If she does not do so, she exposes herself to accountability before Allah. As for resignation, it is not necessary as long as the questioner has fulfilled her trust.
