What is the ruling on marrying a woman who is already married and has two children, after developing an illicit relationship with her that led to adultery, bearing in mind that she was not incited against her husband?

It is obligatory for one who loves a woman to keep himself chaste from her and not to be lenient in dealing with her so that Satan does not lure him into indecency. Establishing an emotional relationship with a married woman and committing adultery with her is more dangerous and sinful than with an unmarried foreign woman. Therefore, it is obligatory to hasten to sincere repentance and to immediately sever ties with her. Agreeing for the woman to divorce her husband so that the questioner can marry her is incitement (takhbib), which is a great sin and one of the major sins. Avoiding marriage to her is more cautious, absolves one of responsibility, and is further from accusation and suspicion.
