What is the ruling on making up prayers and fasting for someone who did not perform ghusl after her menstrual period due to ignorance?

If the defect in the ghusl leads to its invalidation, then the prayers performed with it must be repeated. The fast, however, remains valid and does not need to be repeated. If the defect does not lead to its invalidation (such as omitting some of the Sunnah acts, or experiencing doubt and obsessive thoughts), then the prayer is valid and does not need to be repeated.
