Is it permissible to repeat the recitation of Surat Al-Fatihah in prayer, along with reciting two verses from Surat Al-Baqarah after Surat An-Nas in the second Rak'ah?

Whoever intentionally repeats Surat Al-Fatiha in a single rak'ah has committed a reprehensible act (makrooh). Their prayer is valid according to the most preponderant opinion, as is the prayer of those praying behind them.
