"What is the ruling on ejaculation as a result of caressing one's wife, whether by my hand, her hand, or both of our hands together during menstruation, and is this considered prohibited masturbation? What is the evidence for its prohibition, and does it differ from individual masturbation? "

All forms of lawful enjoyment with the wife are permissible during her menstruation, except for intercourse, and among them is for the wife to masturbate her husband. The difference between the wife masturbating her husband and the husband masturbating himself is that the former is permissible because it is a lawful enjoyment with the wife, while the latter is not allowed because it is self-enjoyment and not with the wife, and it falls under the general prohibition of masturbation. This ruling has been stated by jurists, supported by Quranic verses.
