Is it possible to calculate the inheritance with four daughters, one son's daughter, and one full sister?

If the deceased leaves behind only daughters, a full sister, and a son's daughter, then the daughters receive two-thirds, and the remainder goes to the full sister by ta’sib (residuary heirship). The son's daughter receives nothing because the daughters have already taken the full two-thirds. The inheritance is divided into six shares: four shares for the daughters, and two shares for the full sister.
