Is a mother considered irrevocably divorced (a third divorce) merely by the father's intention to divorce, and the mother's act of covering her head in front of him out of anger, despite her not intending a divorce, and the judge considering that a metaphorical divorce?

A wife's refusal to obey her husband in bed, or merely wearing the hijab in front of him, does not constitute a divorce or annulment. Divorce occurs by the husband's pronouncement of divorce, or by the ruling of a Sharia judge in some cases. The father is advised to refer the matter to the court or present it to trustworthy scholars.
