Does what exits the anus due to the use of suppositories or medicinal ointments nullify ablution and is it impure, and is it necessary to expel the remnants of the medication before ablution, or is it sufficient to perform ablution for each prayer?

The treatment, if it exits from the anus, invalidates ablution and is considered impure due to its contact with impurity, as Ibn Qudamah mentioned in Al-Mughni: "If oil drips into his urethra, then comes out again, it invalidates ablution, because it is an exit from the private part and is not devoid of accompanying impure wetness, which invalidates ablution." It is not necessary to defecate before ablution to expel any remaining medicine, because it does not invalidate ablution as long as it has not exited the place of exit.
